All complimentary services will be performed at Gemini Inked in Birmingham, Alabama. Before receiving treatment, a winner must complete an appropriate private consultation and assessment.

• Depending on the service and individual circumstances, physician clearance may be required.
• Treatment may not be performed on skin that is insufficiently healed or otherwise unsuitable for pigmentation.
• The winner and artist must agree on a safe, appropriate treatment plan before proceeding.
• Initial consultations should be scheduled within 90 days after winner confirmation.
• Treatment should be completed within 12 months of winner confirmation where medically appropriate. Reasonable extensions may be arranged if additional healing time or medical clearance is needed.

If a selected winner cannot safely receive the designated service, an alternate eligible winner may be selected through another random drawing.

No winner is required to undergo a cosmetic procedure.

Information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and provide the advertised entrant offers.

No cancer diagnosis, medical records, surgical photographs, or sensitive health histories are required to enter. Any medical information subsequently provided during a treatment consultation will be handled separately and privately, consistent with applicable privacy requirements.

Entrants are not automatically enrolled in unrelated marketing communications. Promotional marketing emails or text messages will be sent only where appropriate consent has been obtained. Entrants may participate without agreeing to receive future marketing.

We will not publicly disclose a participant's medical history or use their personal story or treatment photographs in advertising without separate express permission.

By participating, entrants release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from claims or liability arising from the administration of this Giveaway, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All Giveaway entries must be submitted using the official Gemini Inked online entry form. Likes, comments, shares, tags, or social media follows are not required and do not improve the chances of winning.

Gemini Inked reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of entries and to disqualify fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or otherwise invalid entries.

If fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control materially compromise the fairness or operation of the Giveaway, Gemini Inked may suspend or modify the promotion as permitted by law while preserving the fair treatment of eligible entrants. Any changes affecting eligibility, prizes, or drawing procedures will be publicly disclosed where legally required.

The Giveaway is governed by applicable Alabama and federal laws.

Participation does not establish an artist-client or healthcare-provider relationship, and winning does not replace the need for informed consent before receiving a procedure.

Any applicable tax obligations are the responsibility of the prize recipients. The Sponsor will comply with any applicable reporting requirements.

Following verification and acceptance of the prizes, Gemini Inked may announce that the two complimentary treatments have been awarded.

Winner names, photographs, medical details, and personal stories will not be published without appropriate permission, except where disclosure is legally required.
